by the United States Government. GoSentri.com cannot guarantee an approval by
Customs & Border Patrol, or the Department of Homeland Security into the SENTRI
program. The pre-screen application with GoSentri.com is designed only to give
you a legal opinion on the likeliness of being accepted into the SENTRI program
by the current licensing agency with the information you provide to GoSentri.com.
GoSentri.com takes no responsibility for any information that is detrimental to
your SENTRI application that is not provided to GoSentri.com at the time of the
pre-screening process, and will not be responsible for any denial of SENTRI on
that basis.
GoSentri.com is a flat fee non-refundable service. If you are denied
SENTRI based on the error or omission's of anyone working for GoSentri.com, you
agree that damages shall be limited to no more than the price of the services
rendered by GoSentri.com, any other damages are specifically waived by the
filing on the pre-screening application.
The pre-screening application is the
basis for the contract as between you and GoSentri.com and is valid for 45 days.
By submitting your pre-screen application you hereby agree that damages shall be
limited to no more than the cost of the services provided by GoSentri.com.
The
application program of GoSentri.com is designed to help you apply with the
proper documentation, and to help you clear any issues that our attorney
determines may change your likeliness of being accepted into the SENTRI program.
Any services required to be undertaken by legal counsel other than those needed
or contemplated in writing for the actual SENTRI application process are not
included or contemplated in the price of the services of GoSentri.com, and
should be discussed with legal counsel.
